Renovation Notes for 嘉隆苑
嘉隆苑 is a Home Ownership Scheme (HOS) estate where many units still have their original handover finishes, so cracked walls and ceiling fissures are common. Patch & Repaint is the most popular choice for 嘉隆苑 owners — levelling cracks and chips then repainting the whole home gives a near-new result without the cost of a full strip.
HOS estate management offices usually require renovation registration and a deposit, and loading lifts must be booked in advance. We sort out these formalities with you before starting and fully protect common areas during work.
- •Patch & Repaint from $8,100 — level cracks and chips, then repaint throughout
- •Move-in repainting can be scheduled backwards from your handover date
- •We remind you early about estate registration, deposits and lift bookings

FAQ
My 嘉隆苑 walls have many cracks and chips — what's the best option?
We recommend Patch & Repaint: our painters level all cracks and chips first, then apply primer and topcoat throughout, from $8,100. Simply repainting will not cover cracks — they soon reappear.
How long does repainting 嘉隆苑 take?
It depends on size and scope: Direct Repaint 2-4 days, Patch & Repaint 3-5 days, Full Strip & Skim Repaint 5-8 days. We give an exact timeline after an on-site measurement.
