Welcome to the website and services of OPO Paint Expert ("we", "us" or "our"). By browsing this website, submitting an enquiry or engaging us to provide painting and renovation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

We provide painting and renovation services for residential, commercial and industrial properties, including Direct Repaint, Patch & Repaint, Full Strip & Skim Repaint and Wall & Ceiling Repair. The actual scope of work, materials, process and timeline are as set out in the written quotation confirmed by both parties.

• Prices listed on this website are starting reference prices. Actual fees depend on the on-site condition (extent of surface damage, floor area, ceiling height, difficulty of covering furniture, etc.) and are governed by the written quotation.
• On-site measurement and quotation are free of charge, with no hidden fees.
• Once a quotation is confirmed by both parties, we will not increase the price midway unless the scope of work changes.
• Payment arrangements (deposit and balance) are clearly set out in the quotation; the balance is payable only after the work has been inspected and accepted.

• Provide accurate unit information and on-site conditions, and arrange access and entry at the agreed times.
• Where the property is subject to estate or building management, the customer must assist with renovation applications, deposits and entry registration (we will provide support).
• Safely store valuable and fragile items before work begins; general furniture protection is our responsibility.

We will state the estimated timeline in the quotation and endeavour to complete on time. If delays occur due to weather, building management restrictions, unexpected on-site conditions (for example, water seepage discovered that must be addressed first) or other factors beyond our control, we will notify the customer as soon as possible and discuss adjustments.

For full-home repainting projects, we provide a one-year anti-peel warranty: if paint peels within the warranty period due to a workmanship issue, we will carry out free on-site repairs. The warranty does not cover damage caused by water seepage, structural cracks, human damage or improper use. Warranty arrangements for spot-repair projects are as set out in the quotation.

• We accept reasonable liability for losses directly caused by the work, but are not responsible for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss (such as loss of business).
• Paint colours may appear differently on different screens and under different lighting; the actual result is as confirmed by the on-site colour sample.
• Website content (including prices and articles) is for reference only, and we reserve the right to amend it at any time.

If you need to change or cancel a confirmed work schedule, please notify us at least three working days before the start date. Any deposit already paid will be handled according to the terms of the quotation.

All content on this website (including text, images, logos and design) belongs to OPO Paint Expert and may not be copied or used for commercial purposes without written consent.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
